Rest One Year Warranty
All of our HILU have a 10-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects and a 1-year limited warranty on damages when purchased directly from myhilu.com. For one year following the date of your purchase, if you experience any manufacturing defects, you will be covered under the warranty. We will offer a one-time replacement or repair of the original product in the specification purchased. This includes all components of the product, and no other fees will be required, except for the shipping cost of the new replacement blankets.
The HILU limited warranty covers the original purchaser of HILU for the term specified (one year) in the United States. Any warranty, or implied warranty, is only valid for the period of time the product is owned by the original purchaser. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the product from myhilu.com.
Photos and original proof of purchase may be required upon a warranty request in order to identify and assess the warranty issue.

Product sold by an unauthorized or authorized retailer or product that is in any way sold as "used" or any other similar wording indicating the product is not "new". All 3rd party purchases must be taken up directly with the point of purchase. Hilu is not responsible for purchases made outside of myhilu.com website. |
